Trip Cancellations:
If a tour is canceled due to a major disruption, extreme weather, global events etc., then a voucher will be offered. All tours are held rain or shine. If it’s raining pack a coat or umbrella etc. If you have a change of schedule or become sick you can give your ticket to another person. You can send them your specific QR booking confirmation.
Personal Responsibility:
Each trip (bus or walking) is spelled out in detail the amount of physical activity that is involved. It is not Just One Day Travel Tours llc. responsibility to provide more than general assistance for moving about the event. Please ask in advance is these details need more consideration for your fitness level. No refunds will be given for overestimating your ability resulting in not being able to participate.
Be aware, that travel within a group may involve compromise to accommodate the diverse desires and physical abilities of group members. Some tours may have a slower pace, others will be very active.
Just One Day Travel Tours, LLC. will not be responsible for any direct or indirect consequential damages or injury that may result from the trip. The customer is completely responsible for all actions, and agrees to hold harmless Just One Day Travel Tours for any accident or injury. Just One day Travel Tours is not responsible for Acts of God or acts of war/terrorism, and the customer agrees to hold harmless for any accident or injury resulting from the same, or as a result of any force majeure.
Special Assistance or Requests:
Walkers, scooters and wheel chairs: Please do not make assumptions about accessibility. Please call for questions. I’m happy to talk.
Other Details:
Just One Day Travel Tours, LLC. acts as an independent contractor that arranges travel-related services for day trips. Just One Day Travel Tours llc and or its agents or affiliates act as your agent or as an agent for others who provide services in connection with any tour, including, but not limited to, restaurants, sightseeing and transportation. These service providers also act as independent contractors. Just One Day Travel Tours llc. , their agents, direct and indirect owners and affiliates and the tour operators shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay or inconvenience arising out of or related to any act, omission, negligence, accident, error or default of any company or person engaged in providing such services or any defect in any vehicle or other equipment, and they shall not be responsible or liable for other occurrences and conditions
Just One Day Travel Tours, LLC., reserves the right to change the itinerary or to withdraw any or all tours of portions thereof if necessary due to venue cancellations, major weather issues, strikes, theft, or travel problems due to unforeseen events of any kind etc. Reimbursement will be considered on a trip by trip basis. No refunds are guaranteed under these circumstances.
Just One Day Travel Tours, LLC. reserves the right to decline or remove any person from a tour. It will be that person’s responsibility to pay for the return uber or cab.

Weapons; Charter buses do not allow weapons on the tours. Likewise, any govt. facilities will have bag inspection before entry. There will be additional security areas during THE BIG GAME in KC 2026.
